    About Placement Cell

    Alwardas Degree College has a dedicated Training, Placement & Career Guidance Cell that supports students from Commerce, Science, Arts, and Management streams in building successful professional careers.

    The Cell focuses on career mentoring, internship facilitation, campus recruitment coordination, higher education guidance, and industry interaction programs from the first year of study.

    Students are trained in aptitude development, communication skills, resume building, interview techniques, and professional readiness to meet industry standards.

    The Placement Cell maintains strong relationships with corporate organizations, startups, educational institutions, and alumni networks to expand career opportunities for ADC students.

    Objectives

    Enhance employability skills of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
    Facilitate campus recruitment drives and internship opportunities.
    Provide structured career guidance and higher education counseling.
    Develop communication, aptitude, and technical competencies.
    Strengthen industry-academia interaction through guest lectures and MoUs.
    Encourage entrepreneurship and competitive exam preparation.

    Functions

    Organizing campus recruitment drives for UG & PG students.
    Conducting career guidance seminars and corporate interaction sessions.
    Providing internship coordination and industry exposure programs.
    Offering training in aptitude, reasoning, communication, and interview skills.
    Guiding students for higher education such as MBA, M.Sc., M.Com and competitive examinations.
    Maintaining alumni-industry feedback to continuously improve training methods.

    Well-equipped seminar halls are utilized for placement drives, workshops, career guidance sessions, and corporate interaction programs.

    Dedicated spaces are available for conducting mock interviews, group discussions, and recruitment assessments.

    Modern computer laboratories support online recruitment tests, skill assessments, and certification examinations.
