Established as VMC Mahila Vidya Peeth in 1980 under Sri Venkateswara Vidya Peeth founded by Sri S. Alwardas (Former Minister of Education, AP), the college later became a Co-Educational Degree College in 2010–2011 and is currently functioning as a Private Un-Aided Degree College since 2021.
From the academic year 2023–2024, the institution offers Single Major UG (Honours) programs including B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, and B.Sc, along with MA, M.Com, MBA and MCA programs, serving 500+ students across multiple disciplines.
